It is necessary to remind yourself why you keep going, why you endure the pain and make the sacrifice. This necessary when at times you feel it would be so much easier to quit and walk away. With all the distractions the plethora of problems that arise and moments of defeat you can easily lose focus of your goals and what you stand to lose.
Close your eyes refresh the vision, see it again for the first time. Remind yourself why you are doing it, say it aloud if you have to. Ask yourself for 10 questions, 10 reason for pushing on, then give yourself 10 answers. Remember where you are coming from. Look around you see where you are, see your dissatisfaction and what you are moving away from.
